“Foursome Package Deal”. Get four people together, fly from Milford Sound to
Martins Bay. Walk two hours up the Hollyford Track.
The first hour is a flat and gentle walk on a well-graded track through beautiful and ancient Podocarp forest. Then an hours walk
on the gravel shores of Lake McKerrow to Jamestown Bay and Charlies Place. Stay a night as a lodge guest then retrace your steps
the next day back through the podocarp forest to Martin's Bay airstrip and fly back to Milford Sound.
$1020.00 for four people
Honeymoon Deal...
Charlies Place is in a very private setting – ideal for those wilderness romantics
looking for something special to remember. In Charlies Honeymoon Deal, he sets up the lodge for you only (No other guests). Then
he leaves and overnights in another location, giving you absolute privacy. (You cook your own meals and look after yourselves).
Includes a complimentary bottle of champagne. Couple for $275.00
Tramping Club Deal... (Bed
and Breakfast Only)
If you are a tramping club conquering the mighty Hollyford Track and can fill all of Charlies eight beds.
$40.00 per person
Boat Rentals...
Sea Kayaks (Penguin 2000). A great way to explore the Lower Hollyford and her interesting estuaries or visit the Martins Bay
Sandhills etc. (Previous experience necessary and Rental arrangement contract) (Weather and Tide dependant).

4.3 Stabi Dingy. Like the Kayaks, a great way to explore and to get groups of people to either Martins Bay Sandhills or partly
the way to the Longreef Seal Colony. (Weather and Tide dependent). (Includes Charlie as Skipper).

Out of Season Rental...
May – October. Your own private wilderness retreat. Must be able to handle solitude and be of a practical nature. (Special
conditions apply). $850.00 a week

* The lodge cooking
facilities (gas etc) available for Bed and Breakfast guests to cook evening meals etc.

evening meals. A corkage of $15.00 a bottle is charge – to recover costs, or you are welcome to bring your own
